We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a leisurely introduction to the Spa. Should you arrive late, in consideration of our next guest, your treatment still must end as scheduled. If you must cancel, change or move your appointment for any reason, we ask that you please do so within 48 hours of the scheduled time and day.
