Frequently Asked Questions & More FAQs
Does it hurt?
Not at all. You will feel a light tingling sensation. Most clients find it
quite pleasant. The strength of the treatment can be adjusted to your comfort
level with the remote.
How long are the treatments?
Sessions take between 20-40 minutes depending on the area of the body.
How often are the treatments?
I suggest three visits per week in the initial phase. Results vary according
to age, weight and physical condition. After one or two months of treatments
people usually achieve their goal. Then with regular fitness and diet, they
can maintain their shape indefinitely, or come back once or twice a year.
How many sessions before I see results?
People may see changes at any time. However, most people see results around
the 6th session. One of my clients told me, “I immediately stood taller,”
and another reported that, “I lost a full dress size in less than two months
and my friends wanted to know what I was doing to look so good.” After 12
sessions people can talk about remarkable inch loss
After 25 sessions, the effect is similar to liposuction. Once or twice a month
maintenance sessions are suggested thereafter.

How long do the effects last?
The effects typically last longer than with an active exercise program. If
your weight remains constant, the effects will last 6 - 8 months. If you add
regular exercise and a healthy diet to your routine, the results can last
indefinitely.
How many treatments can I have in one week?
The average number of treatments is three per week.
Will I lose weight?
I caution clients against unrealistic expectations and remind them that the
treatment does not result in lost weight but can provide a sleeker, stronger
body.
It is not a weight loss machine. However, many clients report being able to
lose weight, especially fat weight, more easily while using the machine than
they ever could before. There is only one method clinically proven to assure
weight loss. That is burning more calories per day than you consume.
You will most likely notice an improvement in skin tone after using the machine.
Appearance of stretch marks and loose skin may also be improved.

Does this replace exercise?
No. In fact, it is highly recommended that you add diet and exercise to the
routine you follow while undergoing EuroShape treatments. In most cases, this
improves results.
Is there a special diet to get the best results?
The best results have come from a routine of exercise, diet and Euroshape.
I recommend drinking lots of water (2 litres) daily and a
combining
diet to encourage easy digestion. Don’t eat high caloric foods after 6
pm. Some people can cut their food intake significantly with appetite suppressing
fiber. (Check out this great
blog).
What will I feel afterwards? Any side effects?
Most clients report a feeling of relaxation and an increase in energy. The
only side effect is natural. Just like in a workout, the body releases endorphins,
so you will feel good for the rest of the day.
Is it dangerous?
Electronic Muscle Stimulation is quite safe for any individual capable of
taking normal exercise. You can not strain or sprain your muscles by overworking
them by Euroshaping; the feeling is more like a pleasant tingling sensation
than a shock or jolt.
However, people should not use EuroShape if you have:

physician.
